• Since February 2015: Content especialist and data analyst at the Archives Division of the Yad Vashem (Jerusalem – Israel). My work consists on the coordination and leadership of the Controled Vocabularies task at the ERHI Project (European Holocaust Research Infrastructure) and metadata and content analysis at the archives of Yad Vashem.
  • Since January 2011: Research associate at the Research and Development lab of the State and University Library Göttingen (Germany). My work consists of the elaborarion and implementation of strategies for the integration of metadata of collections at the EHRI project (European Holocaust Research Infrastructure). The goal of the EHRI project is the implementation of a Virtual Research Environment for Shoah related research.
  • November 2007 – November 2010 PhD candidate at the CIMeC – Center for Mind/Brain Sciences at the University of Trento (Italy).
    Parallel to my research in corpus linguistics I was involved in the content extraction activities at the Live Memories Project. I researched the use of lexical knowledge for the resolution of anaphoric references in different kinds of texts.
  • November 2006 – November 2007 Consultant for semantic annotation of speech corpora at the Piedmont Consortium for Information Systems (CSI-Piemonte)  in Turin (Italy). My work consited of the elaboration of an annotation scheme for speech data of the LUNA project – Spoken Language Understanding in Multilingual Comunication Systems. A further task was the implementation of the annotation scheme for Italian and the coordination of the transcription and semantic annotation of the data.
  • October 2005 – October 2006 Lector for Basque at the Freie Universität Berlin.
  • 2005 – 2006 Postgraduate researcher at the DEAWU project (Dealing with Uncertainty) at the Linguistics Department of the University of Potsdam (Germany).
  • 2005 – 2006 Postgraduate researcher at the collaborative research center SFB 632 Informationsstruktur / Information structure in Potsdam (Germany). I was involved in two projects:
    • Project A3: Rhetorical structure in spoken language: modeling of global prosodic parameters
    • Project D2: Typology of information structure
